HAMMERS

We produce any type of hammer for any type of mill, brand, model and use.
All our hammers are subjected to the heat treatment necessary to give an adequate degree of hardness and wear resistance. Each treatment is accompanied by relative and analytical certification.
We also produce hammers with wear-resistant welded coatings, ideal for grinding wood and producing pellets.
We also have a large warehouse of hammers ready for delivery.

GRIDS / SCREENS / SIEVES / SIEVES

On request and depending on use, we also offer heat-treated grids. We mainly divide the perforations into 2 types, classifying them in: Standard, MULTI-HOLE. Standard drilling is a commercial drilling with a large pitch (hole-hole distance). They are commonly used for carpentry uses. The MULTIHOLE perforation, on the other hand, is a very dense perforation with a much higher percentage of void on full having the holes much closer together than the Standard. They are defined as High Efficiency for milling and filtering and sieve applications in general. Conidur® sheets are also available for special grinding or product transport needs.

HAMMER HOLDER PINS

Hammer holder pins of any size, for any type of mill and use.

Our pins are made with specific high quality steels and with high toughness and wear resistance.

Upon request, it is possible to carry out a surface heat treatment to increase its hardness and its resistance to wear.

SPACERS AND BUSHINGS

We produce spacers and pin stop bushings for any mill.

ROTORS 

We build and completely overhaul rotors for hammer mills of all sizes.
We also offer electronic balancing service.

BUCKETS AND BELTS FOR ELEVATORS

We supply high quality elevator buckets and belts for various uses and applications.
The belts are cut to size, with specific holes for the application of the cups following the customer’s specifications.

Our range includes anti-oil, anti-static, self-extinguishing, anti-abrasion tapes, etc. etc.

The cups can be supplied in Steel (Iron), Stainless Steel, Polyethylene, Nylon, etc.

Together with the cups we also supply the relative specific bolts, both in Galvanized Steel and Stainless Steel.

We also have belt joints, both in steel and aluminum, suitable for joining the edges of the belt.
